1. Who we are

Tech Hub is an independent business IT support provider. For the purposes of applicable privacy law, the data controller is Tech Hub, registered at 79/26/1B, AJC Bose Rd, Maula Ali, Entally, Kolkata, West Bengal 700014. Contact for privacy matters: contact@techhub.com.

2. Information we collect

When your business contacts us by phone or through the request form, we collect only what we need to respond: business name, contact name, phone number, email address, best time to reach you, and a description of the technology issue. We do not ask for, and do not want, passwords, one-time codes (OTPs), recovery codes, or full card numbers through these channels.

3. How we use information

We use the information you provide to: (a) respond to your request; (b) provide the support services you approve; (c) invoice your business; and (d) keep records required by law. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for consumer marketing.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to operate (for example, the form provider that receives your request) and, where required, with professional advisers or authorities under legal obligation. Any vendor access is limited to what the task requires.

5. Retention and security

We keep request records for 1 year and then delete or anonymize them. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small business IT provider; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

You may ask what information we hold about your business, request correction or deletion, and withdraw consent to be contacted, by writing to contact@techhub.com. We will respond within 15 minutes.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new revision date: 15/09/2026.
