1. About these terms
These terms govern business IT support services provided by Tech Hub (“Tech Hub”, “we”) to business customers. By requesting or accepting support, the customer accepts these terms.
2. Who we serve
Tech Hub provides services to businesses and organizations only. We do not provide support for personal, consumer, or household accounts or devices.
3. Independence
Tech Hub is an independent provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any software, hardware, email, cloud, security, or utility vendor. Trademarks and product names mentioned in conversation belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the issues we help with.
4. Services and scope
Support covers business help desk, employee devices and access, business email and productivity software, networks and connectivity, basic cybersecurity hygiene, and cloud systems and backups. Work outside the agreed scope is performed only after a new written agreement and price confirmation.
5. Pricing, billing, and cancellation
Rates and plan prices are confirmed in writing before work begins: $0. Invoices are payable within 24 hours by Online. Ongoing plans may be cancelled with 48 hours written notice.
6. Customer responsibilities
The customer confirms it has the right to authorize work on the devices, accounts, and systems submitted for support, and is responsible for maintaining its own backups unless backup management is expressly included in the agreed scope.
7. Security and acceptable use
We will never request passwords, one-time codes (OTPs), recovery codes, or full card numbers, and customers should never send them to us. Anyone claiming to represent Tech Hub and requesting these should be reported to contact@techhub.com.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA (without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles). Disputes are handled in the courts of the state and federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey unless otherwise agreed in writing.
